By filling out the form below, all parties agree to the terms outlined below. “Lyn Taylor” is known as “ The Photographer”

1. Purpose

All parties agree this is a TFP (Time for Print/Photos) collaboration. No money will change hands. Images will be created for mutual portfolio, social media, and self-promotion use, as outlined below.

2. Copyright

Copyright in all images remains with the Photographer. The Photographer grants each collaborator non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the agreed images for personal portfolio and self-promotion (website, social media, printed folio). No party may sell, license, or commercially exploit the images without written permission from all involved and a separate agreement.

3. Model Release & Likeness Rights

The Model grants the Photographer and collaborators permission to use their image for agreed portfolio/promotional purposes. The Model’s likeness may not be used in paid advertising, product endorsement, or stock libraries without additional written consent.

4. Usage Restrictions

Images must not be used for defamatory, obscene, or misleading purposes. Images must not be altered in a way that misrepresents the Photographer’s work, or the work of the HMUA/Stylist.

5. Deliverables

The Photographer will provide the agreed amount of edited images within 2 weeks of the shoot. Images provided are high-resolution JPG. Proofs (if provided) are not to be shared.

6. Credit

Whenever images are shared online or in print, credit must be given to all crew - please provide Instagram handles

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is subject to the laws of Australia
